Check out Orange County personal training client @haus_of_dana killin’ these crunches that incorporate quads, inner thighs and hip flexors, oh my!
First Exercise– Start with both legs fully extended. As you begin to crunch simultaneously cross one leg across your body while keeping your chin towards the ceiling. Repeat for for 20 reps.
Second Exercise– Extend one leg to a 45 degree angle. As you crunch up drive your knee to connect with your elbow while avoiding your rib cage. Repeat for 20 reps. Enjoy!
